Submit your electricity meter reading
The current service status shows no reported interruptions to electricity, gas or water. This status covers each of the three named utilities and indicates that no outage report is presently recorded for any of them. Electricity, gas and water are therefore all included in the same current service notice.
Enter the meter number and the meter reading exactly as they appear on the meter. The reading must be submitted without decimal places, so only the displayed whole-number value belongs in that field. Keeping the number and reading in their shown form separates the meter identifier from the consumption value being reported.
A photograph of the meter can be attached to the submission. After the reading has been sent, a receipt is delivered by email, providing confirmation through the stated digital channel. The optional image accompanies the submitted details, while the email documents that the information has been received.
Submit the meter reading by 15 October. Meeting this deadline allows the annual bill to use the actual consumption shown by the reading instead of an estimated amount. The date therefore connects the timely submission with the use of measured consumption for the yearly calculation.
